Dennis Vineyards Wedding

Butch and Carol were married this past saturday at Dennis Vineyards in Locust. It was a beautiful ceremony overlooking the vineyards and reception to follow in there events center, A Place in the Vineyard. THe rain didnt bring this ceremony down...A BEAUTIFUL cross was built by Butch's brother Gary and stood at the alter, where the couple professed there love with heart felt written vows. The bride and groom were joined by there close family, friends, and their mothers (both in there 90's). It was very touching to see both mothers escorted in by their nurses, eyes filled with tears of joy for the couples new LOVE.
Their bridal party consisted of one flower girl, who did a EXCELLENT job :) The reception followed with a full amazing dinner, cake cutting, and dancing. LJoyce Photography was thrilled to be a part of this amazing day and wishes the couple years and years of happiness.

Milestones

The Boger Boys are now 7 months old. Can you believe it?? Where does the time go. You can bet we have been enjoying every minute :)

Dylan has mastered standing on those long legs. He has began babbling mama,dada,baba..usualy with his fingers in his mouth BECAUSE he has the first tooth!! Its the bottom right, and its a sharpe little guy. Dylan loves to "bite" anything he can get his hands on. Still a serious little man, but he is really opening up socially.

Dylan has also began physical therapy for not rolling over (back to front) or sitting. His physical therapist, Amy Horton says he will quickly catch up and with the help of the "baby gym" excercises...he will be building those muscles in no time. As parents, we maybe a little proactive...but we just want the very best for our two boys. It also gave us an excuse to SHOP for TOYS!! The boys decided on a vibrating pig ball, a singing elmo, a green aligator, a cell phone, a camera, and a singing pinguin.

Speaking of rolling and sitting...Cohen is doing both and scooting/crawling all over the place. As I write to you he has crawled out of the playroom into the kitchen to the dogs water bowl...his favorite! Where he normally dumps the water all over the floor and laughs.

Cohen is making a steady noise...I guess you could consider babbling...or it actually sounds more like a monster growl. No teeth yet for this little guy but lots of drooling, so hopefully soon. Where he is still a social butterfly..he is developing a attachment to mommie and little stranger anxiety.

Both of the boys have started FOOD at 5 3/4 months! They didnt care for it at first...but now they LOVE it. We have blown through stage one and are on to stage two foods. The only dislike so far is green beans and there favorite seems to be pears. We tried sippy cups too, for the first time...they know what to do with them but dont seem to be interested just yet.

At there 6 month check up they did wonderful with there shots and weighted in at :
Dylan 14.9 lbs and 27 in
Cohen 15.5 lbs and 26 3/4 in

Lane and I are still loving being parents and cherishing every moment!

Stone Fun

The boys and I spent some time creating these garden stones for the natural area in the backyard. But they are too cute, so I have them displayed in the house :)

Check em out.

Family Craft Time

For my husband Lane's 29th birthday I wanted to do something special. A keepsake we could all enjoy! I just love trying new craft ideas, and when I came across this canvis for $5 dollars I couldnt resist...not sure what I was going to do...we got out the paint and began to think about a cool scene to paint and how to incorporate the boys handprints. We came up with this thumb print family with a handprint tree.

Surprise!

My wonderful husband with the help of my university peds girls, surprised me with a AWESOME birthday party! Complete with a taco bar and my husbands special birthday cake :) I love you hunny!
